After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to file a review petition before the Tribunal on the ground that the facts in connected cases were different than the one in the present case as the same is decided by common
order, which fact could not be brought to the notice of the Court at that time. As the petitioners were pursuing the present remedy, in case any review is preferred, same be decided on merits.
2. Ordered accordingly.

disposed of.
