Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that on receipt of the complaint, CSR No.283 of 2025 was assigned and after completion of enquiry, the Investigating Agency found that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and closed the complaint.
