(2) Writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 9.5.2025. Today, the matter is listed on stay extension application (MCC/2/2025). This Court is of the considered opinion that after disposal of the writ petition, filing of stay extension application is improper and ill-advised. (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that Assistant Collector/SDM was on Char Dham duty and he has returned only yesterday, therefore the application filed by petitioner under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC could not be considered so far. He submits that protection granted vide order dated 9.5.2025 be extended by some time so that respondents may not raise construction.
