Thereafter, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer, if he is otherwise qualified to the said post. 2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent passed an order on 07.07.2025 stating that the petitioner herein has been temporarily promoted as Assistant Executive Engineer (Equipment and Maintenance), Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital with effect from 30.06.2025 (Forenoon).
