Case No. 316 of 2024 arising out of Budhai P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 324 and 307 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Madhupur (Deoghar). 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 7425 of 2024 by order dated 28.10.2024. 4. Petitioner is alleged to have inflicted knife blow on the neck of the injured Wazid Ansari, due to which, he sustained grievous injury. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about eight months. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Madhupur (Deoghar) in connection with S.T.
