The above contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of order dated 26.03.2024 in W.P.No.4497 of 2024. 3. The petitioner filed the above writ petition challenging the endorsement issued by the Tahsildar vide Rc.No.95/2024 dated 21.02.2024. The said endorsement was set aside in the order dated 26.03.2024. This Court while remitting the matter to the 4th respondent, directed to pass appropriate orders by following the procedure contemplated under Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. 4. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri B.P.Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an order was passed by the respondent vide Roc.83/2025/DT, dated 19.04.2025 and the same was communicated to the petitioner. 5. Since a speaking order is passed by the respondent on 19.04.2025, this Court is of the considered opinion that the order dated 26.03.2024 in W.P.No.4497 of 2024 has been complied with. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 19.04.2025, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum. 6. With the above observation, the Contempt Case is Closed.
