At the very outset, learned AGA has pointed out that in the instant case a representation filed by the petitioner with the prayer to close the history sheet has already been decided by the respondents as such the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact but states that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to file fresh challenging the order dated 10.07.2025, if so advised. 4. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
