JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 5 18-06-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 60 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 306 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to incited the deceased to commit suicide. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and there is no material against the petitioner to connect him with the alleged crime. 5. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that because of the ill treatment and false promise of marriage made by the petitioner, the deceased has committed suicide and it is a case of abatement of suicide. In support of his submission, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90362 of 2025(5) dt.18-06-2026 2/2 learned counsel for the informant has produced the chats between the petitioner and the deceased. 6. Considering the fact that this is a case of suicide and the fact that the petitioner may be the reason because of which the deceased has committed suicide, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. 7.
