The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 170 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 317(4), 317(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 12 of the Jharkhand Bovine Animals (Prevention of Slaughter) Act and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, pending in the Court of Shri Manoranjan Kumar No. 1, learned C.J.M., Khunti. 3. It was submitted that the petitioner is a cleaner of a truck bearing Registration No. CG14D-0845 which was seized by Khunti Police at Arki Road loaded with 33 cattle. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was merely performing his duty as a cleaner. It was further submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about three months. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Manoranjan Kumar No. 1, learned C.J.M., Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S.
