By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought the indulgence of this Court seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to register the First Information Report against the private respondents in view of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the light of Lalita Kumari case as well as in the light of judgment passed by this Court in Ashish Bhargava case under relevant Sections of I.P.C. in accordance with law. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been lodged against the respondent Nos.4 to 7 under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498-A IPC and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act on 20.06.2022. 5. Learned State Counsel also admitted the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner and passed on to this Court the instruction in this regard, which is taken on record. 2025:UHC:4742 6. Since, the FIR has since been lodged against the respondent Nos.4 to 7, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and the same is hereby closed.
