1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers:
“A. Issue Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ direction/ order to the Respondents for compensation to the Petitioner to the tune of Rs. 50,00,000/- on account of untimely death of the Petitioner’s son due to the negligence of the Respondents;”
2. Issue notice. The learned Panel Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent/GNCTD.

appropriate that the grievance of the petitioner be considered by the competent authority of the respondents in the first instance.
5. Accordingly, the present petition is directed to be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner. The competent authority of the respondents shall consider and decide the said representation, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of two months from today. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
6. In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of.
7. In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court by way of a fresh writ petition.
