The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 19.12.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0461 of 2024, under Sections 87, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station-Kanth, District- Moradabad. 5. Learned A.G.A has submitted that in the present matter, the chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioners on 25.01.2025, but he is not certain whether cognizance has not been taken thereon or not. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that cognizance is taken on the police report by the court below, petitioners shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned F.I.R.
