In the present case, order of writ Court was passed on 14.07.2017 and 20.07.2017 in First Appeal From Order No. 3233 of 2016, whereas, present application has been filed on 23.05.2025, which is beyond the limitation period as provided under Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 3. Apart from many other grounds, being confronted by the Court, learned counsel for the applicant could not demonstrate as to how the orders of writ Court have been violated. 4. Under such facts of the case, application is dismissed in light of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 as well as on merits.
