Further this court observed that “since there was no specific term of compromise regarding the child’s maintenance, the minor child is entitled to independently claim maintenance.” 2. Now it is stated that the 2nd respondent seeks maintenance from her father / petitioner herein. Therefore, the matter is listed today. 3. Both the parties and their respective counsel appeared and filed Memorandum of Compromise which has been signed by both parties and their counsel. The Memorandum of compromise is recorded, which shall form part of the Criminal Revision case. 4.
