ORDER:
The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.329 of 2020 on the
2 file of the Court of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Movva, Krishna District for the offences under Sections 448, 384 and 506 read with 34 IPC.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Suresh Kumar Potturi,
learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the petition may be
disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners before the trial Court. Learned counsel would further submit that considering the old age of Petitioner No.3 / Accused No.3, her presence before the trial Court may be dispensed with.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders..
4. Considering the submissions made, the petition is disposed of, without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners before the trial Court. However, the presence of Petitioner No.3 / Accused No.3 before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the specific dates as
directed by the learned trial Judge.
