Since the amounts have not been released/cleared, the respondent/DOE is directed to treat the present petition as a representation and pass a speaking order, expeditiously and not later than 4 weeks from today. 3. With these directions, the petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order of respondent/DOE in accordance with law, This is a digitally signed order.
