A preliminary objection has been raised by counsel for the Gaon Sabha as to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the Revenue Inspector had already reported that the petitioner has remedy of filing application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the present writ petition seeking a direction for demarcating the plot is not maintainable. 2. In view of the said fact, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable as the petitioner has remedy of moving application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3.
