This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the S.T. No. 1983 of 2016, arising out of case crime no.474 of 2016, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 427, 342, 324, 452 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghazipur pending in the Court of Civil Judge (SD)/FTC, Ghazipur expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It appears from the perusal of the record that above case is pending at the stage of recording of evidence. Needless to say that evidence may be adduced by the applicant / informant himself but it is very strange that instead of adducing evidence, the applicant / informant unnecessarily knocked at the door of this Court, which is not a good practice. It also appears that to procure the presence of the applicant, the trial court has issued bailable warrant against him. Since the delay is attributed to the applicant, there is no need to issue any direction for expeditious disposal of the said session trial. However, the applicant is directed to appear before the trial court on the next date fixed in the matter for recording his evidence. 4.
