B. Consequent upon quashing the aforesaid order, direct the Respondent to permanently provide lighter job as has been given in the order dated:18.08.2014 ªÁPÀgÀ¸Á/PÉÃPÀ/ºÀÄ/¹§âA¢/J-5(334)/1905 vide Annexure-G passed by the 3rd Respondent and. c) issue any other appropriate writ or order directing Respondents to pay the salary from 25.03.2017 till the petitioner is redeployed in the lighter job treatment the period as on duty and. Heard the learned counsel Sri.Vinaykumar Bhat for Ravi Hegde, appearing for petitioner and learned counsel Sri.M.M.Khannur, appearing for respondent. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in terms of his prayer, light duty has already been assigned to the petitioner, subject to the condition that he submits a fresh medical certificate. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:18235 WP No. 107027 of 2017 4. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that light duty will continue, subject to the petitioner furnishing a requisite medical certificate. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits medical certificate is already in place and the petitioner has only four months of service remaining. 6. In view of the above, the light duty already assigned to the petitioner shall continue till his retirement. 7. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed.
