The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 170 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 317(4), 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 12 of the Jharkhand Bovine Animal (Prevention of Slaughter) Act and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, pending in the Court of Shri Manoranjan Kumar No.1, learned C.J.M., Khunti. 4. On 07.12.2024, Khunti Police intercepted a truck bearing Registration No. CG14D-0845 near village Arki and seized 33 cattle which were loaded on the said truck. 5. It was submitted that both the petitioners were apprehended at the spot, but they were labourers who were traveling in the said vehicle. It was further submitted that cleaner of the vehicle Yusuf Ansari has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. 1616 of 2025. 6. Mr. Prabhu Dayal Agarwal, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Manoranjan Kumar No.1, learned C.J.M., Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S.
