Shri Chandra Bhan Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of aforesaid-respondent placed before this Court the letter dated 07.07.2025 written by the Respondent No. 2 by which the aforesaid notice was withdrawn, copy of the same is taken on record and also provided to the counsel for the petitioner. 3. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid letter. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
