Since the petitioner No.1 has co-operated with the Investigating Officer, she does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, her bail application is allowed. 5. The interim bail granted to Ms. Amina Khatun on 04.02.2025 is hereby made absolute. With the aforesaid direction, the pre-arrest bail application is disposed of. 3The CD shall be returned.
