Mr. Ajay Majathia, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that as the chargesheet in the subject FIR has since been filed, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and remedies available to the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3. The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission. 4.
