Vide orders dated 20-12-2023 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 502/2023 and 18-7-2023 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 426/2023, the Court permitted the investigation to go on but to file charge-sheet after obtaining leave of the Court. The investigating agency intends to file ‘A’ summary and accordingly, applications are filed seeking permission to file summary. 3.
