Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that w.r.t. the grievances being raised in the present petition, an appropriate representation dated 31.12.2024 stands made by the petitioner to the concerned authorities. The same is appended with the present petition as Annexures P-4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 that in the representation so made, he has clearly demonstrated, as to how his case is squarely covered by the judgment dated 28.03.2024, passed by this Court in CWP No.660 of 2018, titled Gopal Singh Kanwar & Ors. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Others along with other connected matters (Annexure P-2). 3. Learned vice counsel for the respondents-Bank submits that the representation so made by the petitioner, shall be decided within a period of four weeks from today. Learned vice counsel for the respondents/Bank further submits that the aforesaid judgment, being relied upon by the petitioner, shall be duly considered while deciding the representation so filed by the petitioner. 4.
