Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.4 for removing the petitioner and confirming the same by respondent No.3 and also not considering the revision preferred by the petitioner before the respondent No.2. Learned counsel would further submit that during the pendency of the present petition, orders were passed in revision rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Learned counsel would further submit that this petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders passed in the revision. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the orders passed in revision according to governing rules and law.
