The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to refix the monthly basic pay Scale Rs.64,100/- per month instead of Basic Pay Scale Rs.60,400/-. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, Instructions dated 08.01.2025 under the signatures of Commandant 23rd Battalion P.A.C. Moradabad/respondent No.4 placed before the Court, the same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in paragraph 6 of the Instructions that matter is pertaining to the refixation of the salary of the petitioner which is pending before the Committee constituted by the Department itself and the necessary decision will be taken by the Committee in the matter expeditiously. The paragraph 6 reads as follows:- "6- उपररो्ሹ ्ቚकरण मम अपर पपुललिस महहाननिददेशक, उ०्ቚ० पपुललिस मपुख्यहालिय, लिखनिऊ कदे प्ቔ ससंख्यहााሲ चहार- वदेतनि (पररप्ቔ) 2020 नदनिहासंक 07.07.2020 कदे ननिदरशहानिपुसहार वहानहनिन मम गनठित कमदेटन कदे प्ቔ ससंख्यहा : व-32/2022 नदनिहासंक 16.11.2024 कदे अनिपुसहार यहाचन मपुख्य आरकन 840470201 ननिजहामपुदननि कहा वदेतनि नदनिहासंक 01.07.2024 सदे र - 64100 /- कदे स्थहानि पर सशमलधित वदेतनि र-60400/- नकयहा जहानिहा ्ቚस्तहानवत हहै । (यहानचकहा मम सलिसं्ሿ -2)" 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent- authorities to take a decision in the matter most expeditiously and positively within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that the decision will be taken by the respondent as per paragraph 6 of Instructions which is quoted above.
