1. Mr. B. Deb, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the respondents named in the contempt application have since been transferred, he prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the contempt application, with a liberty to file afresh.
2. The prayer is allowed, accordingly the contempt stands closed on withdrawal, however with a liberty as prayed.
