Monika Sharma & another Vs. Dinesh Kumar Sharma], passed in Case No.82/2018, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Hathras Kotwali, Hathras, by which an application U/s 125 Cr.P.C., filed by the opposite party No.2 & 3 has been allowed, awarding @ Rs.5000/- and Rs.4000/- to opposite party No.2 & 3 per month, from the date of order. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that revisionist does not want to press the instant revision, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
