The following prayers have been made in the instant writ petition:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the authority concerned to provide the compensation to the petitioner under "State Disaster Response Fund" on account of death of his mother, who died due to snake bide, in pursuant to Government Order. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the District Magistrate, Auraiya / Respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2025, pending before him, expeditiously, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the second prayer and states that the representation filed by the petitioner would be decided by a respondent No.2. 3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2025 after holding a proper inquiry within a period of twelve weeks' from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photo copy of the representation dated 10.02.2025.
