The prayer in the present petition is for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted by this Court to respondent No.2, vide order 14.01.2025, passed in CRM-M-53575-2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that after the confirmation of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 14.01.2025, the challan has not yet been presented. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sunil Kumar, submits that the petitioner had joined the investigation and the challan would be presented within a week from today against respondent No.2. He has filed a status report by way of an affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Assandh (Karnal), dated 09.07.2025, which is taken on record. 4. Upon hearing both the parties, this Court does not find any ground for cancellation of the bail granted to respondent No.2-Ajay. However, the Investigating Agency shall present the final report before the Court within the stipulated period, as mentioned above.
