The application has been received back with a report of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) City, Azamgarh dated 28.05.2024 noting therein that appellant and respondent had personally appeared before the learned Civil Judge alongwith their advocates and had made a statement that they wanted to get the second appeal decided in terms of compromise application. Necessary verification was also done by the learned Civil Judge on the said date. 3. In view of above, the instant application is allowed. 4. Second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise, the terms whereof are mentioned in joint affidavit accompanying this application. 5.
