The original order was passed on 21.12.2016, the present appeal is filed after six years. There was no proper explanation. 2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent in the review petition, I am satisfied that there is an error apparent on the face of the record. Respondent No.1 passed away on 28.05.2023. The learned counsel for the respondent in the review petition submits that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are the legal heirs of the original respondent. Therefore, no impleading petition is necessary. Therefore, this review petition is allowed, and the order dated 10.03.2025, condoning the delay, is recalled. Posted for objection to the CM.Application on 10.04.2025. Sd/- BASANT BALAJI JUDGE Saap
