Vs.
UNION TERRITORY OF J AND K (HOME) AND ORS ...Respondent(s) Through:
CORAM:HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE
ORDER 28-02-2025
1. This writ petition is bereft of facts for the purpose of expecting and deserving any indulgence from this Court in favour of the petitioner.
2. The tone and tenor of the writ petition is nothing but the sensationalizing the respondent No. 4 to 7 without any corresponding feed of facts worth name.
3. Thus, when pointed out about the inherent deficiency and drought of facts in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with full and better factual particulars stated therein for the sake of enabling the Court to take cognizance of the facts pleaded and then to take a call as to whether to entertain the writ petition or not.
4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one, provided the fresh writ petition comes up with better particulars along with a certified copy of this writ petition annexed for enabling the Court to make a comparative reading of the two writ petitions this one as well as the fresh as may be filed to see as to how the second writ petition is bearing the factual details.
