By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to revise and rectify the Petitioner's pension entitlement of the petitioner at par with similarly situated person. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 03 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2024 and revise and rectify the Petitioner's pension entitlement in parity with similarly placed employee. (Annexure No. 01 to this writ petition.)" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2024 is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
