Heard Sri Brijesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Avadesh Narayan Dubey, learned counsel appearing for Prayagraj Development Authority and perused the records. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "i). to Issue an order or direction to learned District Judge Prayagraj to decide the case bearing Revision No. 16 of 2025 (Manosoor Alam and others Vs. P.D.A. through Secretary Prayagraj) within stipulated period." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that aforementioned revision is pending since 2025 and he prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to District Judge, Prayagraj to consider and decide the aforementioned revision, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
