The grievance of the petitioner is that till date no 2 decision on such application has been communicated to the petitioner. Without entering into the merits of the claim made in the representation dated August 11, 2025, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Chairperson, DPSC, Coochbehar, being the respondent no. 6, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated August 11, 2025 which is annexed at page 23 of the writ petition and to dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
