By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner wants consideration of his representation against the order of dismissal for recall of the same on account of his acquittal in the criminal case by detailed judgment and order dated 18.03.2023 passed in Criminal Case No. 804745/ 2015 arising out of Case Crime No. 290 of 1993 under Section 409, 218, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC Police Station Sumerpur District Hamirpur. 3. It is submitted that petitioner was dismissed from service only on account of pending criminal case and, hence, the said order deseves to be recalled. 4. Shri Prem Narayan Rai, learned counsel for respondent has no objection in the event petitioner's representation is directed to be decided in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent concerned to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
