To direct the Sub Divisional Magistrate Gannour, District-Sambhal to decide the Case No.66 of 2010/13042 of 2024, computerized case No.T202413740513042 (Shri Ram Vs. Dan Sahay and others) pending since 26.07.2010 within stipulated time period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that proceeding under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act, 1901 is pending before respondent No.2/ Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gunnour, District-Sambhal in pursuance of the remand order dated 16.09.2021 passed in revision. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet, which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gannour, District- Sambhal to consider and decide the aforementioned case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
