This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent. No.2 and 3 to correct the name of the petitioner father name as Kanhaiyalal in place of Kashi Prasad and also correct the Mother name of the petitioner as Kranti Devi in place of Vindeshwari Devi, in High School Marksheet and certificate in years 2023, and further to issued fresh Marks Sheet duly corrected to the petitioner. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No.2 and 3 to resolve name correction issue of petitioner father and mother in High School Mark-Sheet in the light of representation move by petitioner." 2. The petitioner seeks change in the names of her father and mother in the High School Marksheet and Certificate for the year 2023. 3. In the opinion of the Court, it is for the petitioner to seek an appropriate relief under the common law by filing a suit for declaration. A writ petition is not maintainable. 4.
