Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to direct the respondent No. 3 to decide the application dated 22.04.2025 pending before him within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to respondent No. 3 to decide claim of the petitioner as contained in its application dated 22.04.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of application dated 22.04.2025.
