And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sunil Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. The order dated 11.02.2020 passed by the respondent No.3/District Magistrate, Jaunpur as well as order dated 26.08.2021 passed by the respondent no.2-Commissioner, Varanasi Region, Varanasi are under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. Aggrieved against the aforesaid petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate forum, which was also rejected vide order dated 26.08.2021 hence present writ petition. 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that both the orders are bad in the eyes of law in view of the law laid down by this Court in the case of Suresh Singh Yadav Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others (Writ - C No. - 19871 of 2021). 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5. At this point of time a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent no.3-District Magistrate, Jaunpur/Licensing Authority to take a final decision in the matter expeditiously. 6. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 7. With the consent of counsel for the parties, present writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 8. In view of the same, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to take a final decision in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order but strictly in accordance with law and after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
