Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "1. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature Mandamus pleased to direct to respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 19-02-2025 (Annexure No-3) of the writ petition. 2. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature Mandamus pleased to pleased to direct to respondent authorities to recorded the name of the petitioner in his ancestral property ie. Survey Gata no. 453 situated in Village - Mehni Sora, Pargna - Marhara, Tehsil & District- Etah, in "Rural abadi records". otherwise applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. The petitioner has earlier approached this Court by filing Writ C No. 14448 of 2025, which was disposed of by order dated 08.05.2025 on the ground that the petitioner could not inform the Court as to whether the proceedings for recording abadi have been initiated by the State Government under the Regulations framed or not. Now the petitioner has filed this petition and has also annexed the notification issued in the year 2022, which was not there in the first writ petition, which has been dismissed. 4. In my view, present writ petition is not maintainable being second writ petition for the same relief. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an application for recall of the order passed in Writ C No. 14448 of 2025 after annexing the notification, which has already been issued.
