Srinivasan, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, submitted that the trial in this case has already commenced. 3. Recording the submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all available grounds before the trial Court in accordance with law.
