The petitioner claims to have submitted an application for general transfer on medical ground and also on the ground of long distance before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date no decision on such application has been communicated to the petitioner. Without entering into the merits of the claim made in the representation dated July 15, 2025, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, being the respondent no. 4, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated July 15, 2025 which is 2 annexed at page 24 of the writ petition and to dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order along with a copy of the representation dated July 15, 2025.
