The petitioner has not been able to prove before this Court that he is in possession of the property, whereas he is seeking for electric connection. 3. In light of the same, we are not able to pass any order in his favour. It is for the petitioner to indicate to the authorities that he is in possession of the property and only upon such proof given by the petitioner, electric connection can be granted to the petitioner. 4.
