1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Contemnor No.1 has been transferred and in his place a new person has joined. Accordingly, consolidated cause title filed in court is accepted and taken on record.
4. This Contempt Petition is filed alleging non- implementation of the Court’s order dated 11.12.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.39698 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that since the order dated 11.12.2023 was duly communicated as is evident from the documents under Annexures-2 & 3 the
Page 2 of 2. Contemnors are liable to be proceeded under the Contempt of Court’s Act for their wilful and deliberate violation of this Court’s order.

Learned counsel for the Contemnors on the other hand sought for some time to ensure that the order of this Court dated 11.12.2023 is implemented in its letter and spirit in the event the same has attained finality.

Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the Contemnors, this Court deems it proper to provide another opportunity and the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party-Contemnors to comply with the direction of this Court dated 11.12.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.39698 of 2023, if the same has attained finality in the meantime, within a period of eight weeks, as a last chance, from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, provided the operation of order has not been stayed by higher forum and file compliance report before the Registry of this Court within one week thereafter. It is made clear that in the event the order of the Court is not given effect to within the time stipulated hereinabove, it will be construed to be wilful and deliberate violation of this Court’s order.
7. The CONTC is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
