The applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition No.[d] i.e. “the applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of Gadchiroli District without prior permission of the District Court of Gadchiroli” imposed while granting anticipatory bail on 12.06.2025. 2. The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is transferred from Gadchiroli District to Nandurbar District and it is necessary for him to join the duty at Nandurbar, therefore, it needs to relax this condition. 3. Considering the fact that the applicant is transferred from Gadchiroli District to Nandurbar District, the condition No.[d] imposed on 12.06.2025 is hereby relaxed. 4.
