Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:91091 Court No. - 5 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 7690 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ramakant Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Man Bahadur Singh,Raghvendra Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mritunjay Mohan Sahai Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petitioner has been working as conductor in the respondent-Corporation. The petitioner claims that he is entitled for regularization of his services. A representation in this regard has been made but to no avail. The only prayer made by Shri Raghvendra Pratap Singh,
learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Mritunjay Mohan Sahai, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4 submits the matter requires factual determination as per applicable law by the competent authority in the first instance. However, he fairly contends that the claim of the petitioner for regularization is liable to be decided within a reasonable time frame. In wake of the preceding discussion and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No.3- Pradhan Prabandhak (Karmik), Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Lucknow is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner regarding regularization of
his services in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally
disposed of.
