Gangeeri, District Aligarh. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 123 of 2025 has been forwarded on 14.5.2025 against one accused Surendra and other accused persons have been exonerated in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
